The Interview #
- How will you generate compelling interview questions?
- Will you share interview questions with interview beforehand?
- Record more than you think you’ll need (it is probably reasonable to plan to interview someone for 30 minutes)
- How will you organize your interview?
- How will you introduce the interview?
- How will you end the interview?
- How will you decide what to keep and what to edit out?
- Will you have sound effects or other music?
The Technical Stuff #
- How will you capture good quality audio? (Make sure you test out your recording device!)
- You can fix a lot in editing but it is hard to overcome bad audio quality
