Recording #
- Do a test recording. You don’t want to have talked for 18 minutes to only realize your audio doesn’t sound good
- We have spaces in the HCC like the Vocal Recording Booth that can help you capture better audio
- If you mess up during speaking leave a gap and go back and start the line again, you may be able to edit the audio out
- If you are screen recording on Zoom you may encounter issues with recording copyrighted videos (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.)
Editing #
- Consider fading music and video in and out when playing clips
- Save regularly and keep backups (if you are working on a computer)
Exporting & Uploading #
In order to submit your final project for the class it’ll need to be in a video format like mp4
