The primary application students use to create websites is WordPress. WordPress is the most popular open source content management system on the web. At this point you should have installed WordPress on your account so now it is time to learn a bit about it.

WordPress has put together a Getting Started with WordPress: Get Familiar Course. You’ll need to create an account with wordpress.org to complete the course. Please go through this until you complete it.
In order to do some of the activities you’ll need to login to the WordPress site you’ve installed for training. The easiest way to login to your WordPress site is to go through your Domain of One’s Own account. Step 3 in the installing WordPress guide explains how to do this if you’ve never logged into a WordPress site in Domain of One’s Own before.
